Refunds are applicable only for eligible products returned as per our return policy. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, invoice, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards if applicable.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details, photos, and unboxing video where applicable.

3. Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product delivered by us.

• Products without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.
• Customized, special order, or clearance sale products.
• Products returned after the allowed return period.

6. Order Cancellation Refund
