The Tarang Transmitter is a high-performance UAV ground control transmitter developed in-house by Enercomp Solutions to deliver reliable, long-range communication and precise flight control for professional drone operations. Designed and manufactured in India, it operates on the 868 MHz frequency band and utilizes the MAVLink v2.0 protocol to provide seamless RC control and telemetry communication with popular Ground Control Stations such as Mission Planner and QGroundControl. Powered by a high-capacity 2S Li-ion battery, the transmitter offers an effective operating range of up to 5 km, making it well-suited for industrial, surveying, agriculture, surveillance, research, and defense applications. Built around the STM32F103C8T6 controller, it features dual analog Hall-effect joysticks, expandable channel support, dual USB and RF communication, heartbeat-based activation for enhanced operational safety, telemetry bridging between the drone and GCS, and intelligent low-battery alerts.
